Personal Training
Training can be intimidating and confusing, especially when you are just getting started. Personal Training sessions are the best way to ensure you are always using proper form, using the equipment properly, and most importantly, that you are working hard enough to see results but not hard enough to risk injury.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers the same high-level of coaching as 1-on-1 personal training at an affordable price. And with 2-4 people per session, you get the added benefit of the fun, high energy, and a bit of healthy competition that comes with training in a small group.
Specialty Classes
30 minute classes focused on improving a specific skill, targeting a particular muscle group, or becoming more comfortable with a piece of equipment. These classes are meant to help you take your training to the next level or fill in any gaps in your current progress.
