Our Youth Athlete Strength Program teaches young athletes how to safely and effectively build strength, power, and mobility to enhance their performance in any sport. With expert coaching and a focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and age-appropriate training, this program helps athletes develop a solid foundation for long-term success.

Program Details

Enrollment in this program includes a weekly 60-minute in-person training session led by Coach Max, where athletes learn how to progressively train at higher levels of intensity and effort–the key to excelling at any physical endeavor–without compromising on quality. Sessions are capped at 8 athletes to ensure everyone is getting enough individual attention, with exercise modifications based on their level of fitness and experience when necessary.

Athletes will also receive weekly at-home workouts designed to reinforce their progress, promote consistency, and encourage self-reliance.

This program is best suited for athletes between the ages of 10-15. 

Boys: Saturday at noon
Girls: Saturday at 1 pm

Getting Started

Parents will need to create an account at signup using the link below. Once the initial package is purchased, parents can add their child as a dependent giving them access to the program workouts and resources.
