My free monthly newsletter is a single email with coaching updates, content recommendations (books, videos, podcasts, etc.), and other fitness/nutrition/lifestyle resources. It's basically the best of what I come across every month as I continue to better understand how to do the same thing you probably want to do--build a body that is fit and healthy and keep it for as long as possible.

In other words, it's a very non-annoying way for you to stay notified about coaching services and hopefully, learn something that helps you make all this healthy lifestyle stuff easier and more effective. And of course, you can always unsubscribe. I probably won't...but you can.
