Core + Glutes Series

Classes that target your midsection, hips, and glutes for improved posture, strength, and stability. Like other series, there are separate Core and Glutes workouts each week—each with its own focus and variety.

Lifting Club

Lifting Club is a weekly 90-minute meetup focused on the big three powerlifting movements—Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

All of our programs include strength training, but if you’re looking to hit new PRs, you need the time to properly rest between sets and refine your technique. That’s why we created Lifting Club: a dedicated space to train heavy, recover well, and get stronger—together.
